Greg Herder started his real estate career in 1979, quickly becoming a top producing Agent. He went on to start Hobbs/Herder Advertising a marketing company creating agent branded marketing for top agents throughout the US and Canada. He is considered the father of personal marketing and for 29 years traveled the world teaching agents how to build a marketing driven real estate business. He was the creator of the 8 x 8 plan and the 36-touch plan that as outlined in the Millionaire Real Estate Agent. Greg has coached many of the top real estate agents on the planet and has a passion for teaching and coaching.
Greg graduated cum laude from California State University (CSUF) with a BA in psychology and earned his MBA from the University of California Irvine (UCI). Greg has also been a Professor at California State University Fullerton and California State University Los Angeles, where he has taught Real Estate Management and Real Estate Practice, Real Estate Principles.
